My favorite river is the Cowlitz River, which has two awesome year-round fisheries... Barrier Dam for Salmon fishing, and Blue Creek for Steelhead fishing. Alternate locations that I frequent for Salmon and Steelhead fishing are the Chehalis River and the Lewis River.
I also fish on the East side of the Washington Cascade Mountains, around the Grand Coulee Dam area. Where I like to go Trout fishing on Lake Rufus woods, for large football shaped Triploid Trout.
